    Walmart.com customer service only tells its callers what they what to hear to get them off of phone. If they had done what they told me was going to do the first time I called the problem would have been solved before it was too late and lost money. They just kept telling me someone would get ahold of me in 5-7 business days and no one ever did.   • horrible experience i have never had on online shopping



    I through Walmart.com to purchase a Wet ones wipes travel pack 15 Ea, 3 pack on the third party vendor Cosmetic Solutions.com inc. I paid $6.29. I supposed to get three packs, but I have received only one pack of 15 counts wipe. Of course, I called cosmetic solutions and emailed them. I would get back the other two packs, right???     Absolutely the worst. Walmart.com has the worst website for ordering, missing or truncating information. When tried to notify a problem using their website, had a hard time submitting a note or knowing if the message was ever sent. Then when contacting the customer service, was pushed around by several people, promised a refund, then reneged; promised a response in 7 days, got it after 30 days only after I wrote to check on it.     I ordered a fridge from Wal-mart for my tenant on June 3rd with rush delivery. Then on June 6th, the wrong fridge was sent to my tenant. On June 6th, I called NUMEROUS times to get the right fridge ordered.     I ordered a cell phone from Walmart.com when they were running the $100 gift card promotion back on November 28, 2012.     Walmart defrauded me. Details: I placed an order by phone yesterday (4/19/2012), which allegedly did not go through because my credit card was allegedly not accepted.     WalMart does not refund cash on debit cards purchases. I asked for a refund on my debit card and the associate said, "We only refund on credit cards". The number the credit was submitted to was my debit card number. The last time this happened, the refund bounced around in the system until someone decided that it should have been returned to my checking account.     Since Dec. 2011 I have been trying to purchase a gift card using my International credit card to be delivered at an American address.     I was a loyal customer to Walmart and now I never want to shop there again. 10 days before Christmas and my store pickup order was cancelled. I ordered the INNO TAB for my son and the IPOD TOUCH in white for my daughter at 10:30pm on 12/9/11 through Walmart.com.     The Walmart website was advertising a pre-order special on a PS3 game called Skyrim. I pre-ordered this game because of pre-order incentives from wal-mart, a $10 e-card and a premium edition textured map.     I recently purchased a Genesis Onyx 29er Cruiser bicycle (manufactured by Kent International) through Walmart.com with the free "site to store" shipping. When I assembled the bicycle I found several broken pieces and a bent wheel. I contacted the manufacturer (Kent International) and asked if I could get a replacement wheel.     The 10.00 gift card is a poor substitute for $200.00 off TV's that I had in my cart and paid for with a credit card and charge was applied to credit card and email confirmation was received by me, from Walmart of acceptance of purchase.
